Greek Yogurt Parfait

Since it was 4th of July almost a week ago, I wanted to make something red, white and blue.. So I decided to make a healthy parfait using my granola.
All you need is

Non-fat Greek yogurt (or regular)
Granola (I used this Recipe)

I used frozen strawberries and thawed it for 20 seconds in the microwave.
Quantities vary depending on how much you want to add. I put it in the freezer for about 15 min.

Coconut Granola

2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 unsweetened coconut
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp raisins

Preheat oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour to the baking sheet.
Bake for 30 min. Cool and store.

 So easy, yet so delicious

Healthy Coffee Frappuccino

You will need:
3 cups ice
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee 
2 cups non fat milk  (I used coconut milk)
1 tsp vanilla 

Blend in a blinder and enjoy! supper easy very low calorie
