I made today my first Middle Eastern dolma made from quinoa. I grew up eating dolma made from unhealthy ingredients, red meat, white rice, lard, and table salt. It used to be my favorite meal during the holidays. I always crave it and since I have changed my life style and the way I eat, I decided to make a healthy version of dolma. It tastes the same, without the bad stuff! I am actually proud of myself making it. It was my first try and it was a hit!
